Who we are
Our founder, Suzanna McGloin, is a brand and product marketing specialist with over 20 years of experience driving growth across the education, SaaS, and subscription sectors.
Suzanna has spent nearly a decade focused on the global and UK education markets, and has a proven track record of driving growth in ambitious, private-equity-backed businesses. From overseeing global rebrands to launching new products, she excels at translating complex offerings into value propositions that truly resonate with schools.
Beyond her commercial work, Suzanna serves as Vice-Chair of Governors at the CHBP Federation, which comprises of two primary schools in North London. This role gives her a firsthand understanding of the real-world pressures, priorities, and decision-making processes in schools today.
Inflection Works was born at the intersection of these perspectives, combining commercial strategy with practical, grounded insights from the heart of the education system.
